How I take TruDtox?
After receiving TruDtox,
I can't wait to see how it works on my body.
I brew the teabag in a cup of hot water until it fully turns black,
I will start drinking but.
It takes about 20 minutes, like they stated.

It smell good and taste like flower tea.
Unfortunately, I still cannot name what flower tea it taste like.
The tea color above is not the darkest one.
I took the photo right after I pour hot water.

How TruDtox works on me?
Since I always having hard time going toilet,
I assume it would need take few days to see TruDtox working.
Surprisingly, it only took a night.
I drank it around 7pm and woke up at 8am the next day,
just a second after I woke up,
I feel to go toilet.
Luckily it didn't wake me up with stomache.  (it may vary to different people)

However, I didn't take TruDtox consecutively for few days,
because the first time I consumed,
I have gone toilet for three times at the same time.
Hmmm... I think my body must be accumulated tons of toxins.
And god bless I have TruDtox to flush them away.
Since I have this experience, I only take TruDtox 2 days once.
The days without drinking TruDtox, I still manage to go toilet too.
So, I am not worried about being dependent on it to go toilet.
